Can I cancel and be refunded for my Aguas Calientes bus tickets?

Unfortunately, the answer is no.

Aguas Calientes Bus tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded. Once a booking is placed, the tickets are non-refundable, regardless of any unforeseen circumstances preventing a passenger from attending their scheduled journey.

If you get in touch with Peruways (contact@peruways.com) at least 10 days before your journey, you can change the date of your Aguas Calientes bus tickets. Please note that no further modifications will be possible within 10 days of the scheduled journey date.

Can I get back the funds by opening a chargeback through my bank?

The answer is no.

Chargebacks should not be mistaken for travel insurances. Initiating a dispute through a bank to reclaim funds while disregarding the agreed-upon terms and conditions is considered fraudulent behavior. When chargebacks occur, banks typically request supporting documents from merchants to verify the legitimacy of the purchase.
