Can I cancel and be refunded for my train to Machu Picchu tickets?

Unfortunately the answer is no.

Machu Picchu train tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded. Once a booking is placed, the tickets are non-modifiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable, regardless of any unforeseen circumstances preventing a passenger from attending their scheduled journey.

Can I get back the funds by opening a chargeback through my bank?

The answer is no.

Chargebacks should not be mistaken for travel insurances.
